Project Overview

These eBoards focused on the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s OneBank Behaviors initiative. The proposed communications strategy aimed to strengthen organizational culture, align employees around shared behaviors and values, increase cross-functional collaboration, and support the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s transition toward a more unified, enterprise-wide approach.

eBoards were a network of digital displays installed throughout the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco to deliver timely internal communications, leadership messages, organizational updates, event promotions, and employee recognition. They served as a highly visible channel for reinforcing key initiatives and keeping staff informed across the Bank.

Outcome

As a communications contractor supporting the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s Information Technology Services (ITS) division, I developed and managed strategic content for the Bank’s internal eBoards, delivering enterprise-wide digital communications that informed, engaged, and aligned employees around critical technology initiatives and operational priorities.

Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, technical teams, and business leaders, I transformed complex IT concepts into clear, actionable messaging that advanced internal communications, change management, organizational alignment, and employee engagement. Through communications strategy, stakeholder management, content development, executive communications, and digital signage, I helped increase the visibility of ITS initiatives, strengthen awareness of enterprise technology programs, and support a connected, informed, and collaborative digital workplace.
