What do I need to bring? What do I need to do?

OK, I’m ready to get my documents notarized. Now what?

    I’ll need you to have…

  1. ✓ a current official ID that has your photo on it (U.S. state ID/Driver’s License, passport,…)

  2. ✓the documents

  3. ✓your beautiful smile

    I’ll verify your identity, watch you sign the document in question, and also have you sign my Notary Journal.  Depending on the type of document you’re having notarized, I might need you to apply your thumbprint to my Notary Journal.  Also, depending on the type of document, I might need to give you an oath.
